Biography

Rich Tamble was 1962 California Interscholastic Federation wrestling champion as a flyweight. He then attended El Camino Junior College and won the 1965 US Junior College title. Tamble went to Adams State College, placing second in the 1968 NAIA Meet, and winning the Rocky Mountain Conference title in 1966 and 1968. Tamble was later named to the California Wrestling Hall of Fame and the Adams State Sports Hall of Fame.
