Biography

Sidney Boldt-Christmas was a crew member of the Swedish Dragon class boat Tornado, which was skippered by Per Gedda, and won a silver medal at the 1952 Olympics. Boldt-Christmas was from Göteborg and was a member of the Royal Swedish Yacht Club. Born to a wealthy family, Boldt-Christmas was an art collector, expert and auctioneer working closely with art museums in the Göteborg area.
