Biography

Odyssevs Eskitzoglou was a Greek sailor who competed at three Olympic Games: 1960, 1964, 1968 – winning the gold medal in the Dragon Class at Roma in 1960 while sailing alongside Crown Prince Konstantinos. Eskitzoglou first appeared in major national competition at the 1956 Pan-Hellenic Championship in the Lightning class representing the Sailing Club of Piraeus. He was a five-time Greek Champion, and a European Champion.
