Biography

Antonio Fondevilla was an Argentine track and field athlete who represented Estudiantes in La Plata. Fondevilla competed in the 100 and 200 metres at the 1936 Berlin Olympics but did not advance from the heats in either race. He was also listed as an alternate to run in the 4 x 100 metres relay in Berlin but did not start, with the Argentine team finishing fourth. In 1939 Fondevilla won bronze in the 4 x 100 metres relay at the South American Championships in Athletics in Lima, Peru.

Personal Bests: 100 – 10.4 (1935); 200 – 21.5 (1935).
