Biography

Helen Frith had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games High Jump, 2nd in the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Long Jump, 3rd in the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games High Jump. In the long jump she also placed tenth in the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games and fifth in the 1966 British Empire and Commonwealth Games.

Personal Bests: HJ – 1.75 (1962); LJ – 6.33 (1965); Pen – 4767 (1964).
