Biography

Hernán Raffo played for New Crusaders of Cerro Alegre Valparaiso, and competed at three Olympic Games. Raffo also played at the 1950 World Championships and the 1951 Pan American Games. Raffo led New Crusaders to Chilean National Championships in 1950, 1955, and 1958.
