Biography

Einar Hädling-Johansson played as a forward for Örgryte IS (1911-17), IFK Eskilstuna (1917-20) and Mariebergs IK (1920-22). With Örgryte, he won the Swedish Cup championship in 1913. Hädling-Johansson won six caps between 1912 and 1921 including four in friendlies against Norway. He was an unused reserve of the Swedish team at both the 1912 and 1920 Olympic Games.

Born as Einar Alexius Johansson he was later known as Johansson-Hädling or Hädling-Johansson. In 1930 he was registered as Einar Alexius Hädling. At this time he worked as a head of department and was married to Svea Emilia Söderberg.
