Biography

Huba Rozsnyai started athletics at the Bp. Spartacus’ sports school as a sprinter. In 1964, he competed at the Tokyo Olympics. He was eliminated in the first round of the 100 metres and ran on the Hungarian 4x100 relay. Rozsnyai was also one of the nominees for the 4x400 relay but did not start due to injury.

At the 1965 Budapest Universiade, Rozsnyai finished fourth in the 4x100, and in the same year, won championship gold as a MAFC athlete in the 100. Parallel to his sports career, he graduated from the University of Dentistry and until his retirement worked at the Sports Hospital as a dentist, specializing in pediatric dentistry.

Personal Best: 100 – 10.4 (1963).
