Biography

Daniela Ferrian was an Italian sprinter, primarily known in Italy as a relay runner. She won three consecutive silver medals in the 4x100 relay at the 1983, 1987, and 1991 Mediterranean Games. Ferrian placed seventh with the sprint relay team at the 1991 World Championships and ran at three European Championships, in addition to her 1988 Seoul Olympic appearance. Ferrian earned 51 caps between 1982-93. Domestically she won the 1986 200 metre title, and indoors won the Italian 50 metre title in 1986-87 and the 200 in 1985, 1987, 1991, and 1993.

Personal Best: 100 – 11.3 (1985).
