Thomas Saisi was a Kenyan track and field athlete who competed in middle-distance events. Saisi ran in the 800 metres at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics where he finished in seventh place. Four years later he ran in the same event at the 1972 München Olympics but did not advance from his heat. He also ran in the 800 metres at the 1970 British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh, Scotland, where he reached the semi-finals. Outside of athletics Saisi was a police officer, working for the Kenyan Police Force from 1964 to 2000.
