Jean Moulin was a track and field athlete from Luxembourg who specialised in sprinting. Moulin ran in the 100 metres at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics where he finished in fifth place in his heat, with only the top-two athletes advancing to the quarter-finals. He also ran in the 200 metres where again he did not advance from his heat.
