Sébastien LeBlanc

Sébastien LeBlanc was a Canadian tennis player who played professionally from 1991 to 1997. LeBlanc specialised in the doubles where he achieved a career-best ranking of 127 in the world in November 1996.

In 1990 LeBlanc won the junior Grand Slam doubles titles at the French Open and Wimbledon with partner Sébastien Lareau. Later the same year he also won the junior title at the US Open with Greg Rusedski. Despite his early promise LeBlanc never emulated his Grand Slam success as a professional, with his best performance of only reaching the first round in the doubles at the 1997 Australian Open.

LeBlanc competed in the doubles at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics with partner Brian Gyetko with the pair reaching the second round. Two years later he won his first ATP doubles title, partnering with Sébastien Lareau at the Championnats de Granby tournament in Quebec. LeBlanc eventually won five ATP Challenger and ITF doubles tournaments between 1994-97.
