Biography

Duncan White had the following podium finishes at major championships: 1st in the 1950 British Empire Games 440 yards Hurdles. In the 1938 British Empire Games 220 yards he was eliminated in the semi-finals. In the 1950 British Empire Games he was also a member of the Ceylonese relay teams which finished fourth in the 4×110 yards as well as in the 4×440 yards.

Personal Bests: 200 – 21.8y (1948); 400H – 51.8 (1948).
