Biography

Emanuel Lundström was a Swedish long-distance runner who represented Fredrikshofs IF in Stockholm. At the national championships Lundström won individual gold in the 10,000 metres and the 8km cross-country race in 1921. From 1919 to 1921 he also won three gold medals in the cross-country team competition. In the 5,000 metres Lundström won silver in 1920 and bronze in 1921, as well as a bronze in the 10,000 metres in 1918 and back-to-back silvers in 1919 and 1920. At the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics he finished in 12th place in the 5,000 metres.

Personal Best: 5000 – 15:20.7 (1921).
