Biography

Verner Magnusson placed 13th in the individual cross-country in 1920 at Antwerpen but was a non-scoring member of the Swedish team, which won the bronze medal. In the 10,000 metres he was eliminated in the heats. At home, he won the Swedish title twice (1919, 1921) in the non-Olympic 20 km road run. In cross-country his best result was second at the 1923 Swedish Championships.

Personal Best: 10000 – 32:51.4 (1918).
