Vojtěch Plzák was a track and field athlete who competed as a sprinter for SK Český lev Plzeň. Plzák represented Czechoslovakia at the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics in both the 100 and 200 metres. He finished in last place in his heat in the 100 metres but reached the quarter-finals in the 200 metres.
