Biography

Vahram Papazyan attended the American Robert College in Istanbul, where he helped establish the Armenian General Athletic Association. He later moved to the United States, settling first in Rhode Island, and where he worked with Eddy & Company in Providence, for more than 35 years before retiring. He competed at the 1906 Intercalated Games and the 1912 Stockholm Olympics.

Errata

SSDI and his obituary have a birth year of 1893, but this seems unlikely considering contemporary pictures of the athlete.
