Biography
Vic Frank won the NCAA discus throw in 1949 while competing for Yale, and was also a four-time IC4A Champion (1947-50). At the AAU meet he finished second in 1949 and 1951 and third in 1948. After serving in the US Navy during World War II, Frank played varsity football at Yale for four years and captained the track team in 1950.
After graduation he attended Yale Law School. Frank would serve as the US Director and Ambassador to The Asian Development Bank and Vice-President of CPC International. Frank was the founder and chairman of the Asian Programs Foundation.
