Biography

Corinna Halke was a West German pairs skater who partnered Eberhard Rausch throughout her career. Both competed in the five World Championships 1972-76, with an eighth place in the latter year being their best finish. They also competed in the five Europeans in those same years, with a seventh-place finish in 1974 being their best result. At the 1972 Sapporo, and 1976 Innsbruck Winter Games, they finished tenth and eighth respectively. The pair won the West German title in the three years 1974-76.

Halke later became a sports journalist and worked for Bavarian Broadcasting, and also for the TV channel ARD.
