Biography

German figure skater Patricia Neske finished 13th at the 1992 Albertville Winter Games in the women’s singles event. She also participated in five World Championships and a further five Europeans. In 1989 and 1992, Neske won the bronze medals at the Europeans. In 1990, she won the nationals and finished second four more times. She was born in Harbor City, California, as her parents had emigrated to the USA in 1960. Neske moved to Germany for her figure skating career, but returned to California after her retirement, to study mathematics and computer science.
