Biography

Josef Adolf was a Czechoslovak Nordic combined skier. Adolf competed in the Nordic combined at the 1924 Chamonix Olympics where he finished in sixth place. The following year Adolf won the silver medal in the Nordic combined at the World Nordic Ski Championships. Due to his German ancestry Adolf was deported from Czechoslovakia after the end of World War II.
