Biography

Between 1970 and 1992 Krzysztof Bujar played in 426 league games and scored 142 goals for the Naprzód Janów ice hockey team. With the team Bujar won the vice-championship of Poland in 1989 and three bronze medals at the Polish Championships (1982, 1986, 1987). At an international level he made 54 appearances for Poland from 1987 to 1992 including matches at the 1989 World Championships and the 1992 Albertville Olympics. For the 100th anniversary of the Naprzód Janów team Bujar was named the club’s most popular player by fans.
