Biography

Joe Levins was from White Bear Lake, Minnesota, and skied for the Burke Mountain Academy. He was the 1991 US slalom champion, and competed briefly on the World Cup circuit in 1991-92, posting two top 25 finishes. Levins also competed at the 1990 Pan-American Winter games, placing sixth in downhill and seventh in giant slalom.
