Biography

Tommy Mulkey was a track cyclist who competed at the 2000 Sydney Olympics in the team pursuit. He won a gold medal in the team pursuit at the 1999 Pan American Games. Mulkey was a three-time national champion, twice in the team pursuit and winning the individual pursuit in 1999. He started out as a track sprinter, placing second in that event at the 1995 US National Championships.

Mulkey attended Georgia State University and Georgia Tech, where he majored in physical therapy. He later worked in real estate development. From 2013-17 he was managing director of asset management for ParkStone Capital. He then joined Golden Child Holdings as a senior managing partner. He has served on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity in Athens, Georgia.
