Czechoslovakian architect Karel Kuthan studied in Paris and Warszawa. Kuthan mainly designed and built urban solutions, such as blocks of flats for whole families, as was popular in Wien (Vienna) at that times. He was involved in the reconstruction and the development plans of the cities Most and Klatovy. Here, he worked with his compatriots Czechoslovakian architects Ferdinand Fencl and George Štursa.
