Biography
German freestyle swimmer Josef Lambertz from Cologne was chosen for the 4x200 relay at the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics but did not start. He swam for Poseidon Köln. Lambertz was trained as a pastry chef, and later owned a bakery in Köln (Cologne).
