Although Baruch Elias was listed as entered in the 20 km walk in the 1964 Official Entry list, he was likely a coach, and the entry was done as a way to get more personnel at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics for Romania. It seems he was entered as an athlete in 1952 at Helsinki.
