Biography
Hermann Möchel from Mannheim in West Germany finished 30th in the 30 km cross-country event at the 1956 Cortina d’Ampezzo Winter Olympics. He was also a member of the 4x10 km relay team that finished tenth. Möchel won eight West German national cross-country skiing titles and was one of the first West German Nordic skiers to train with ski-rollers in summer.
