Biography

Todd Sand was an American pairs skater, known mostly for skating with Jenni Meno. Sand, who had dual Danish-US citizenship, started his career as a singles skater for the Danish team. He then began pairs skating with Natasha Kuchiki. Together they won the 1991 US Nationals, were bronze medalists at the 1991 World Championships, and were sixth at the 1992 Winter Olympics. Meno started her career with Scott Wendland, but after the 1992 Winter Olympics Meno and Sand began competing together. They would compete together in competition through the 1998 season and skated professionally with Stars on Ice for six seasons. They also fell in love and were married in July 1995.
