Biography

Jacques Van Reysschoot played for the Belgian ice hockey team at the 1923 European Championships, the 1928 Winter Olympics, and the 1930 World Championships. His younger brother Pierre also played for Belgium at the 1928 and 1936 Games. His cousin André Poplimont represented Belgium in 1924 at the ice hockey tournament and in 1932 in fencing. Jacques later served as an international ice hockey referee.
