Rhythmic Gymnastics at the 2024 Summer Olympics

Rhythmic gymnastics was held at the Porte de la Chapelle Arena, built in 2023. During the Olympic Games, it also hosted badminton competitions. After the Games, it was scheduled to host basketball competitions and various concerts and exhibitions.

Rhythmic gymnastics competitions were held at the Olympic Games for the 12th time. Unlike the World Championships, according to tradition, Olympic competitions are held in only two events and only for women: individual and group. Athletes from Russia were not allowed to participate in the Olympic tournament, which made these competitions highly unpredictable. For the first time, representatives of Germany and China became Olympic champions in rhythmic gymnastics.
