Biography

Kelly Stephens played forward at Shorewood High School in Washington state, and then at the University of Minnesota, where she was co-captain in 2004-05, and helping them win back-to-back NCAA Championships. She played for the US Under-22 Select Team from 2000-04, and played for the US at the 2004 and 2005 World Championships, winning a gold medal in 2005, and the 2004 and 2005 Four Nations Cup. She also played for the Vancouver Griffins of the National Women’s Hockey League. She later married, settling in Seattle, and started her own business, Experience Momentum, a health lifestyle company.
