Biography

After placing second four times in the Danish Championships (1927, 1930-32) Leo Nielsen finally won the title in the 1934 road race. His greatest individual success was third place at the 1931 World Amateur Championship. At the 1935 Nordic Championships, Nielsen was winner of the individual road race and also a member of the victorious Danish team.
