Biography

Track cyclist Lothar Spiegelberg was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the individual pursuit at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, when starting for the mixed German team. In 1963, he earned the West German title in this event. One year later he won the Madison event alongside non-Olympian Günther Stolp.
