Biography

East German gymnast Karin Mannewitz competed in the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, finishing fourth with the mixed German team. Individually her best result was 20th place on the uneven bars, and in the individual all-around she was 31st. She never won an East German title, but had four podium finishes.
