Biography

Marian Pieczka was a Polish gymnast who represented Górnik Radlin in the 1970s and 1980s. Pieczka was the national champion in the vault in 1973 and represented the Polish team at the World Championships in 1978 and 1981. At the 1976 Montréal Olympics he finished 11th in the team all-round competition with his best individual performance coming in the vault. Following his retirement Pieczka worked as a coach at Górnik.
