Biography

From the Swiss Turnverein in Union City, Frank Haubold was the top American in the all-around event at the 1932 Olympics. He had been National Champion in the all-around in 1931-32 and also won national titles on the pommeled horse (his best event) and the parallel bars. Haubold spent many years as president of his club, the Swiss Turnverein. He also spent 46 years with the same firm as a textile salesman.
