Biography

Damon Keeve was a judoka who competed at the 1992 and 1996 Olympics. He also won two medals in judo at the Pan American Games, winning silver in 1987 in the open class, and bronze as a heavyweight in 1995. He was seven-time US Champion.

Keeve attended San José State where he played football. He became a San Francisco police officer and SWAT Team member. Keev also coached football in the San Francisco area, initially as an assistant at Galileo, Washington, and then Lincoln High Schools. At Washington High the teams he coached won city championships in 1997, 1999, 2000, and 2003, and had a 33-game winning streak. He later became an assistant and then head coach at Terra Linda High School.
