Biography

West German rower Kerstin Rehders was a member of both the coxed fours and the coxed eights crews at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. She finished sixth with both events. In 1988, she again rowed with the coxed eights, finishing seventh as the only one of the seven crews not to reach the final. In 1983-85 and 1987-88, Rehders won the coxed fours national title. Her daughter Constanze Siering participated in the 2012 London Games.
