Biography

Eva Arndt-Riise was a Danish swimmer. She competed at the 1936 Berlin Olympics and the 1948 London Olympics. At the London Olympics Arndt-Riise was part of the Danish team that won the silver medal in the 4 × 100 metres freestyle relay.

Arndt-Riise had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1948 Olympics 4×100 metres Freestyle Relay; 1st in the 1938 European Championships 4×100 metres Freestyle Relay (with Ragnhild Hveger and the non-Olympians Gunvor Kraft and Birte Ove-Petersen).
