Biography

Frances Hogben finished fifth in the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 4×110 yards freestyle relay (with Christine Harris, Nan Rae, and the non-Olymian E.S. Gunn) and seventh in the 4×110 yards medley relay (with Sheila Watt and the non-Olymians A.M.R. Turnbull and M. McDowell). In the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 110 yards freestyle Hogben was eliminated in the heats. In the British Empire and Commonwealth Games she competed for Scotland.
