Biography
Theo Bolkart was a breaststroke swimmer who was eliminated in the 200 metre heats at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics. One year earlier he won his only West German national title as youth champion in that event. He was affiliated with Schwimmverein Würzburg 05. In 1980 he signed the German boycott call for the Moscow Games.
