Biography

Swimmer Walter Mack was eliminated in the heats of the 200 m butterfly at the 1972 München Olympics. The previous year, he won his only West German title, in the same event. With his home club, SSF Bonn, he won five national relay titles between 1971-75. With his brother Peter, he later managed a physiotherapy and massage practice in Oberpleis, near Bonn.
