Biography

Ulrich Reff was a diver who finished 10th on springboard at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics. He defected from East Germany to West Germany in 1965 and then earned three consecutive West German springboard titles from 1966-68. Reff later became a diving coach for the West German Diving Association.
