Biography

Jeremy Linn won a silver medal in the 100 breaststroke at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, adding a gold medal in the medley relay. Linn also won a silver medal in the medley relay at the 1998 World Championships. Linn swam for the University of Tennessee, where he won 11 SEC titles, six in individual events, and won four NCAA individual events.

Linn later became a swim coach, first with the QDD Swim Team in Manassas, Virginia from 2004-07. He later coached the Tar Heel Aquatic Team in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and then coached the Nation’s Capital Swim Team in Northern Virginia. Linn was inducted into the University of Tennesee Athletics Hall of Fame in 2017.
