Biography

Radovan Radović was a Serbian basketball player and coach who represented Yugoslavia. Radović started his playing career for OKK Beograd before moving to KK Partizan in 1957. Radović played for Partizan until 1968, playing in 216 games, and scoring more than 4,000 points.

From 1956 to 1963 Radović played for the Yugoslavia national basketball team. Radović was part of the Yugoslav squad that finished in sixth place at the 1960 Roma Olympics. Radović was also the flag bearer for Yugoslavia at the Opening Ceremony. Radović’s national success included winning the silver medal at the 1961 EuroBasket, and a gold medal at the 1959 Mediterranean Games.

Radović retired from the national team in 1965. From 1969 to 1971 Radović coached KK Partizan.
