Biography

Peter Blank was a German javelin thrower who finished ninth at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. He was also active in high jumping and decathlon. He won the national javelin title in 1988, 1990, and 2001. Blank later studied information technology but never took up a regular job. Nevertheless, he made a living from his sporting successes.

Personal Best: JT – 88.70 (2001).
