Biography

Angela Williams was a Trinibagonian sprinter who ran at the 1984 and 1988 Olympic Games. She competed in high school in Brooklyn, New York and then ran in college at Tennessee State University, before transferring to Seton Hall University, where she was a multiple Big East Champion.

Williams later became a USA citizen and ran in the 1992 and 1996 US Olympic Trials but did not make the USA Olympic team. She went into coaching, first in high school with Thurgood Marshall High School in Texas and then with Prairie View A&M University.

Personal Bests: 100 – 11.22 (1988); 200 – 23.01 (1989).
