Biography

Paulina Sepúlveda was a Chilean professional tennis player who achieved a career-best singles ranking of #346 in the world in July 1993, and a doubles ranking of #377 in the world in June 1993. Sepúlveda played on Chile’s Fed Cup team from 1984 to 1996.

At the 1991 Pan American Games Sepúlveda won bronze in the doubles and the team event. She won two ITF doubles titles, the first in October 1991 in Chile, and the second in November 1992 in Buenos Aires, both times with her partner Paula Cabezas. Sepúlveda also won two ITF singles titles in 1992. She competed in the singles at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics but lost in straight sets to Sandra Cecchini.
