Biography

Winner of the Hahnenkamm downhill and slalom races at Kitzbühel in 1950, Hannelore Franke was an alpine skier, participating in the 1952 Oslo and the 1956 Cortina d’Ampezzo Winter Games. She finished with limited results in all events. In 1956 she started under her married name Glaser. She was German downhill champion in 1952 and 1956, and national slalom champion in 1955.
